Oxford
Finally, I am now in Oxford, but it is not as beautiful as I imagine. In fact, it’s messy and noisy, comparitively, Cambridge is more tranquil and beautiful. and for sure, Bath is the best. And some more word about the guesthouse we stayed in Bath : it’s called Athole guest house, everything is excellent here, a big cozy home-like room, warm service from the owner who had been an lecturer in Eng Lit in University, and the food is amazing! They have homemade walnut bread, veggie sausages, and good eggs etc, they even got an award for their breakfast. Strongly recommend this guesthouse if you are going to Bath.
And now, I am totally on my own here in a foreign place, this is the first time ever in my life, without anyone I know by my side. The room I stayed in the Brasenose college of Oxford Universtiy is really an old room, it’s big, with a little living room, but all the furniture seem to be a hundred year old. Luckily I brought the white air conditioner of Aura Soma to clear the energy, as well as a green pomander to protect my own aura. My bed is under the roof and a horizontal row, which is bad in Feng Shui, I am thinking of sleeping another way round then.
As the room is not so comfy, my only friend here is my iPod, and stupid me, bought the charger but forgot the cord linking it and the iPod. Though it costs a bit, after seeing the room, I rushed to HMV to get a cord to charge my iPod.
School will start tomorrow, hope I can meet interesting fds here, and will learn to fly with the broom!
